Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the refund request steps, or contact our support team at support@cwsdictate.com and we will help you.

You may also cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Billing page or through Paddle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep access until then.
