Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@cwsdictate.com with your account email and we will process eligible refunds promptly.

You may also cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep access until then.
